WHAT TO EXPECT IN A WORKOUT

The HIT Prescription™ is a dynamic workout approach based on one fundamental component : intensity. With different training prescriptions every day of the week, each workout is designed to challenge you in new ways - changing your body & your mind. The workouts incorporate everything from barbells to body weight, to blast all muscle groups while increasing speed, balance, and flexibility. Cutting edge training mixed with powerful music and a trainer who will stop at nothing to get you fit fast? That's the HIT Prescription™.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE?

The HIT Prescription™ is very intense, but that intensity is relative to your skill level. The components of each workout are broken down to the most basic form and exercises are modified so that every fitness level can get a fun, safe, and effective workout. 

HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?

Most workouts are 30 minutes long and consist of a warm up and a cool down, but some are closer to 45 minutes. 

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I DO THE WORKOUTS?

Each day consists of a different training prescription, allowing for optimal recovery and results on a 5-6 workout/week schedule. In other words, we encourage you to come to class as many days per week as you'd like! 

WHAT DO I GET IN ADDITION TO THE WORKOUTS?

The HIT Prescription™ is personal training in a group setting. It's designed to be accessbile, so that you can enjoy results without having to join a gym or sign a lengthy contract. But because we know you're serious about getting fitter, we offer a private online community full of educational videos, follow-along workouts, nutrition tips, recipes, and bonus exercises so that you can enhance your results outside of class.
